Q: What costs and/or fees will my company incur?
A: An hourly bill rate is determined by the job description and skill requirements of the position we are staffing.
Q: Will my company incur a placement fee?
A: Our temporary placements do not incur an upfront placement fee. For our temp-to-hire services, if you decide to hire our associate, you will not be charged a placement fee (as long as the candidate works on assignment for a specified number of hours). We do charge a placement fee for our direct placement services.
Q: Is my company allowed to hire the temporary employee?
A: Yes. If applicable, a placement fee will be determined based on the number of hours the employee spent on the assignment.
Q: How do you screen your applicants before referring them to our company?
A: Every applicant is thoroughly screened before they are submitted to you for consideration. Our process entails resume screening, an interview with all of our recruiters, skills testing (i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, 10-key) and behavioral analysis testing. (Note: Applicants that do not meet our criteria are not presented.)
Q: What if the employee we select is not working out?
A: Remedy has a guarantee for both its temporary and direct-hire placements. If a temporary employee is not working out on an assignment, please phone us immediately. A replacement will be sent to you for consideration as soon as possible. Our direct-hire placement comes with a 90-day guarantee.
Q: How quickly will Remedy be able to fill my job order?
A: At Remedy we have a highly effective team approach. Our recruiting team collaborates as soon as we receive your job order. We have a strong pool of qualified employees available to fill your staffing needs immediately. Our team approach allows us to recommend the best candidates most suited for your position.
Q: Can we extend/shorten the duration of the assignment?
A: Yes, please call us as soon as you are aware of any change in the assignment duration.
